I joined USU because I want to be able to stay here to serve my students and this community long term. I moved from out of state to the Flint area for my job, and I want it to be a long-term home. I need better pay and the chance to advance in my field at UM-Flint. Staff at UM-Flint leave because our pay is low and we aren't given opportunities to climb the ranks.
